They made the process easy and the price they bought my gold for was considerably higher than another place I received a quote from. Not been in this store for over years not sure what the lady on the counter was called but when I came to pay for some cds I was completely ignored whilst no one else was In the store as she was to busy talking loudly about personal things to another colleague on the counter.....Not a hi how can I nothelp or I will be one moment and I will be with you. She had no customer service skills at all in fact I would say that she was rude and ignorant to how important the customers are.I walked out leaving the CDs on the desk and have never been back instead going all the way to Winton road where the staff were much more accommodating. I live in Butler so travel out of my way to be acknowledged by the staff when I am Buying am item.Maybe this has changed in the last four years but that one lack of service has lost over four years of purchases from me.

I just had a poor customer service experience involving the manager, all the other staff were lovely and tried to be helpful and understanding. I understood the situation of the item being unavailable however I did not appreciate the condescending and belittling way the she had spoken to me. It was quite rude and not at all helpful in the slightest. If I had been given recommendations on similar items or even an apology my experience would have vastly been improved upon. I just hope they learn from this rather than continue to be rude to their customers in future.

Uneducated staff.. told me my bracelet was gold plated.. took to Perth mint and sold to them who know what they are doing.

Cashies Clarkson Webstore had excellent customer support when they made an honest mistake of sending my item to the wrong address. They weren't reluctant to notify me and we got to a resolution very easily. Major props to the Webstore person, thank you again :)

My favourite Cashies store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Offered me $70 for a brand new and sealed PC cooler retailing at $190. Won't be going back.

Bought some games today the lady treated the games really harsh and wasn't really friendly hurted me a little bit how careless she handled the disc
